Returns and Refunds:

  • Same-Day Refunds:
    • We offer a full refund on the same day of purchase, up until the store closes at 10.30pm.
    • Please note that the closing time may vary during special events and periods. For the most accurate information, please check with us.
    • This refund policy applies to purchases made with cash, card, or bank transfer.
    • To receive a refund, kindly return the used product along with the receipt to the store within the specified time frame.
    • Please be aware that refunds cannot be provided after the same-day cutoff time.
    • Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original purchase.
    • If your payment was made in cash, the refund will also be issued in cash. Similarly, bank transfer payments will be refunded via bank transfer.
    • Card purchases will follow the official Bank of Maldives POS machine refund process.
    • Please note that products purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges and Size Changes:

  • Product Exchanges:
    • If you change your mind about a purchase after the refund cutoff time, you have the option to exchange the product for an item of equal value within 7 days.
    • Refunds will not be issued for the price difference in case of exchanging for a lesser-priced product.
    • Any remaining amount from the exchange can be used as store credit.
    • If you decide to exchange for a higher-priced item, you will be required to pay the additional amount directly.
    • Please note that exchanges can only be made in-store, and we do not offer delivery services for these transactions.
  • Size Changes:
    • If you need to change the size of a product purchased, you have the option to do so within 7 days.
    • Please visit the store with the original product and receipt.
    • We will assist you in finding the correct size from our available stock.

    • Please be aware that our policy does not cover normal wear and tear, such as minor scuffs, natural fading, or small creases resulting from regular use.
